March 7th marks the 2nd anniversary of Komedoriming.

On March 7th, Komedreaming celebrated its second anniversary.
Since its opening on March 7, 2023,
I have been able to get this far thanks to the support of so many people. I am truly grateful.

To those who always speak to me,
People who talk to you in the store are very fun,
For those who say, "When it comes to gifts, this is the place!"
The people who teach the staff at Komedori Lab about fermentation,
Those who send amazake to their distant family members many times,

We have many shortcomings, but we are truly grateful that you are watching over us with such kind eyes.

We will continue to strive to be a restaurant where customers from both Japan and overseas can enjoy the wonders of Japanese culture and fermentation.
