・For credit card and debit card payments, we will ship your order within 10 business days after confirming that your credit card payment has been completed.

Order expiration date

About the delivery note

Returns, refunds and exchanges

[About exchanges]

If the product is defective or incorrect, we will immediately arrange for a good or correct product to be sent free of charge.
If there is any damage or other accident, please contact us and we will investigate the matter, including with the delivery company.
If we have the same item in stock, we will exchange it for a good item.
If the item is out of stock, we will refund you as soon as we receive the returned item.
We will cover the shipping costs for returns due to defective or incorrect products.

[Regarding refunds]

Please request a refund by email within 7 days of receiving the product.
If you paid by credit card, we will process the refund to your credit card company.
Otherwise, we will refund the cost of the product to your designated account.

[About cancellations]

We will accept cancellation of your order only if the shipping procedure has not started. Please contact us by email.
Additionally, we cannot accept cancellations once the package has been handed over to the shipping company, so please complete the return procedure by email after receiving the product.

[Regarding returns due to customer convenience]

Please note that we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience, except in the cases mentioned above.

[ In-store pickup]

When you receive your product, we will ask you to provide your name and the "order number" listed in the order confirmation email we sent you when you placed your order.
*Items can only be picked up by the person who placed the order.
*If you do not pick up your order within 10 business days, we will deliver it to your address by standard shipping (additional shipping charges will apply).
*We cannot accept exchanges, returns, or cancellations of orders when picking up products in store.
*If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you by email after you place your order.
Please note that depending on the product, it may take 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.
