Learn about Japanese history and culture!
While making miso, we will talk about Japanese history and culture, including topics such as "How is miso made?", "Differences between types of miso and koji mold?", and "Japanese folk tales related to miso."
Carefully selected miso!
You can make your own miso using rice koji prepared by fermentation specialists "Yamaguchi Kojiten" (established in 1873).
Anyone can participate!
You can join us for the first time, on your own, or as part of a sightseeing tour.
Important points to note
●Miso needs to be fermented at home for 3 to 6 months before it is ready to eat. Detailed information will be provided on the day of the experience.
●If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please specify at the time of booking.
