LABO 5th Event Report

The Komedori LABO workshop was held on Wednesday, January 22, 2025.

Komedori LABO is a fan community that was launched on the occasion of our store's first anniversary to further promote Komedoriming in its second year.

The members of Komedori LABO are involved in the development of seasonal amazake to be offered in store and come up with ideas for product development, working together with us with the same passion as our store staff.

This was the fifth time we held the event, and we invited not only LABO members but also regular customers of our store to hold a "Chinese Koji Making Workshop."

In the process of making Chinese koji using raw koji, participants commented that it was fun and that it looked delicious, and the event was held in a friendly atmosphere from start to finish. Each participant took home the Chinese koji they made. We look forward to hearing about how they used it in their cooking!

Komedreaming will continue to work with its LABO members to create an even more enjoyable store.
