This product is made with not only rice koji but also secret soybean koji, and incorporates plenty of seafood to give it a deeper flavor.

This is an excellent product that can be paired with a variety of meals, such as bukkake (a type of sauce) poured over udon or rice, or as a substitute for soy sauce on tofu or natto.

Sanshozuke is a fermented food that has been made in Hokkaido in the Tohoku region for a long time, and the name comes from the fact that it is pickled in rice koji, soy sauce, and green chili peppers in a volume of one sho each.

Its greatest feature is that it pairs well with a wide variety of foods. It goes well with rice, natto, and tofu.

The chili peppers are a blend of domestic green and red chili peppers, resulting in an exquisite spiciness that is perfect for when you don't have much of an appetite.
