To ensure that even small children can play with it safely, the toys are made using rice oil and rice wax extracted from rice bran, and are colored using ingredients such as the outer leaves of vegetables that would normally be thrown away during harvest.

There are 13 types of "En71," and "Part 3," which the "Vegetable Crayon" series has passed, is a test that checks whether heavy metals in the toys pose any health risks through contact or accidental ingestion.

It is based on "rice oil" and "rice wax" extracted from domestically produced rice bran, and uses real vegetable powder.
The pigment content is less than one-third that of regular crayons, and the same pigment used is the same as that used in food products, making this a product that is especially safe for children to use.
They are also manufactured with great care at a long-established crayon factory in Aichi Prefecture.
