Shipping and handling fees will be borne by the purchaser.
If you choose cash on delivery, the handling fee will be calculated according to the purchase amount as follows:
Cash on delivery fee: 300 yen for orders between 1 yen and 10,000 yen, 400 yen for orders under 30,000 yen, 600 yen for orders under 100,000 yen, 1,000 yen for orders between 100,000 yen and 300,000 yen (excluding tax)

・We do not accept purchases from outside Japan.

Product shipping time

・Cash on delivery
If no delivery date is specified, your order will be shipped within 10 business days of confirmation.
・For payments by credit card or debit card, your order will be shipped within 10 business days after we confirm that your credit card payment has been completed.

Order Expiry Date

As a general rule, we will ship items until they are sold out. However, if there is no stock or there is a shortage of an item, it may take 10 business days or more. 


About the delivery note <br>In order to protect the global environment (reducing paper resources) and protect our customers' personal information, we have stopped enclosing paper resources such as "order slips (delivery notes)" and "receipts" and are implementing a paperless system.
*The "Shipping Notification Email" sent when the product is shipped and the "Purchase History" on the customer member information page will be replaced with the "Purchase Invoice."
*If you require a delivery note, please enter "I would like a delivery note" in the comments field that appears during the purchase process.
*You can issue a receipt from your order history on your customer page.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

[About exchanges]

If the product is defective or incorrect, we will immediately arrange for a replacement or correct product to be sent free of charge.
If there is any damage or other accident, please contact us and we will investigate the matter, including with the delivery company.
If we have the same item in stock, we will exchange it for a good item.
If the item is out of stock, we will refund you as soon as we receive the returned item.
We will cover the shipping costs for returns due to defective or incorrect products.

 

[About refunds]

Please request a refund by email within 7 days of receiving the product.
If you paid by credit card, we will process the refund to your credit card company.
In all other cases, we will refund the cost of the product to your designated account.

 

[About cancellations]

We will accept cancellation of your order only if the shipping procedure has not started. Please contact us by email.
In addition, we cannot accept cancellations after the item has been handed over to the shipping company, so please make sure to return the item by email after receiving it.

 

[Returns due to customer convenience]

Please note that, except for the above cases, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to customer convenience.

 

[ About in-store pickup]

When you receive your product, we will ask you to provide your name and the "order number" listed in the order confirmation email we sent you when you placed your order.
* Collection will be limited to the person who placed the order.
*If the item is not picked up within 10 business days of the order, it will be delivered to the address of the orderer by regular delivery. (Additional shipping charges will apply.)
*We cannot accept exchanges, returns or cancellations of orders when picking up products in store.
*If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you by email after you place your order.
Please note that depending on the product, it may take 1 to 2 weeks.
