Chestnut Amazake is the only sweet sake made from Rippei chestnuts, known as the king of chestnuts, grown in Hidaka City, Saitama Prefecture, fermented with rice koji.

This amazake is made from "Ayamidori" green soybeans grown in-house by Yamaguchi Kojiten, and the soy milk is adjusted to the optimum consistency for amazake.
