This high-quality amazake is made by Yamazaki Goshi, a brewery in Aichi Prefecture, using Yumeginko, a ginjo koji used in sake brewing, and is made by craftsmen using all of their traditional techniques.
The light flavor with the subtle sweetness of rice is so delicious you won't get tired of drinking it every day.
This product is certified as having the symbol mark of the "Iitomo Aichi Movement" promoted by Aichi Prefecture.

"Yumeginko", a new sake rice variety developed by Aichi Prefecture, is a rice variety that combines the traditional recommended variety "Wakamizuru" with the characteristics of "Yamada Nishiki", which is said to be the representative rice variety suitable for sake brewing.
