This high-quality amazake is made by Yamazaki Goshi, a brewery in Aichi Prefecture, using Yumeginko, a ginjo koji used in sake brewing, and is made by craftsmen using all of their traditional techniques.

The light taste with the subtle sweetness of rice is so delicious that you won't get tired of drinking it every day. This product is certified as a symbol of the "Iitomo Aichi Movement" promoted by Aichi Prefecture.

Matcha <br>We use Nishio Matcha, a brand that Aichi Prefecture is proud of and which has the highest production volume of matcha in Japan.
