LABO 6th Event Report

The Komedori LABO workshop was held on Wednesday, February 19, 2025.

Komedori LABO is a fan community that was launched to celebrate our first anniversary and further promote Komedoriming in its second year.

The members of Komedori LABO are involved in developing seasonal amazake (sweet sake) to be offered in store, and come up with ideas for product development, working together with us with the same passion as our store staff.

This was the sixth time we held this event, and we invited not only LABO members but also regular customers of our store to participate in a "miso making experience."

Miso making is usually done in January or February, during the winter when bacteria are less likely to grow. We made miso using fresh koji at just the right time, and participants commented, "That was fun!" and "It's surprisingly hard work," creating a friendly atmosphere throughout the event. Participants will each take home the miso they made, which they will enjoy after aging for three to six months. We look forward to hearing their stories afterwards!

Komedreaming will continue to work with LABO members to create an even more enjoyable store.
