LABO 7th Event Report

The Komedori LABO workshop was held on Wednesday, March 19, 2025.

Komedori LABO is a fan community that was launched to celebrate our first anniversary and further promote Komedoriming in its second year.

The members of Komedori LABO are involved in developing seasonal amazake (sweet sake) to be offered in store, and come up with ideas for product development, working together with us with the same passion as our store staff.

This was the 7th time we held this event, and to commemorate the 2nd anniversary of our store's opening, we invited not only LABO members but also regular customers of our store to participate in a ``soy sauce koji making'' event, along with a large social gathering.

Making soy sauce koji is very easy and only takes about 15 minutes.

In the remaining time, the staff shared their aspirations and enthusiasm for Komedreaming's third year. The LABO members empathized with these ideas and shared their opinions and perspectives that we needed to work together to make the event a success, making for a very lively event.

Komedreaming will continue to work with LABO members to create an even more enjoyable store.
