【イベントレポート】駒沢公園ハウジングギャラリーで「味噌づくり体験」を行いました!

[Event Report] We held a miso making experience at Komazawa Park Housing Gallery!

On Sunday, April 27th, we held a role-playing job experience! Handmade Koji Miso Making Experience at Komazawa Park Housing Gallery!

The weather was fine on the day, and many families came to the event, making it a lively day.

During the miso-making experience, participants were able to choose between rice koji and raw barley koji and make their own miso.

Both children and adults are fascinated by the process of mixing the koji and boiled soybeans by hand in a bag.
"I didn't know koji smelled like this," "It's surprisingly fun to mix it by hand," and so on.
There were many discoveries that involved using all five senses.

It's rare to have the opportunity to try fermented or handmade foods in our daily lives.
As parents and children worked together, smiles and conversations naturally arose.

Additionally, everyone who participates in the experience will receive a free bottle of our popular amazake.
It was impressive that the participants were able to choose their favorite flavor from five different options and that they became more interested in fermented foods after the experience.

Komedreaming will continue to provide opportunities for casual cultural experiences.
We also accept enquiries for experiences for groups of several dozen to over 100 people, as well as on-site experiences, so if you are interested, please contact us here.
