[Regarding returns and exchanges]

(For both stores and EC sites)
We will only accept returns or exchanges if the product is determined to be "unused" and "unopened."
If the product is defective, we will accept returns or exchanges regardless of whether you have a receipt or the date of purchase.
Refunds will be made using the payment method used at the time of purchase (cash, credit card, etc.).
*Please note that the following products may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
・Used or opened products ・Food products ・Gift wrapping ・Furoshiki ・Returns and exchanges for reasons other than product defects when the orderer and recipient are different ・Other products that are deemed difficult to return or exchange for hygiene reasons *Please note that accessories are eligible for free warranty, exchange, and return within one week of purchase.


If a defect occurs due to our negligence:
If the product is damaged or defective due to our negligence, we will exchange it if a replacement is available. If not, we will return the product (with a refund).
We will contact you by email regarding the procedure.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us by email or phone.
Depending on the condition of the product, we may refuse to accept returns or exchanges.

If you purchased in store:
Please bring the product and receipt within one week of the purchase date.
*If you live far away, please contact us by email or phone.
If you contact us by email, please attach a photo of the receipt and the product in question, and include the following information in the body of your email:
(1) Order number (2) Name (3) Contact information (4) Name of the product you wish to return or exchange (5) Quantity (6) Whether you wish to return or exchange

If you purchased from the online store:
- Contact us by email: Please contact us within one week of the purchase date to inform us of your return or exchange by replying to the email we sent you just before shipping, which includes the payment method.
Please also attach a picture of the product to the same email.

We will accept cancellations of your order only if the shipping procedure has not started. Please contact us by phone or email.
Additionally, we cannot accept cancellations once the package has been handed over to the shipping company, so please contact us by email or phone to process the return once you have received the product.

Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience
Please note that we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience, except in the cases mentioned above.
