LABO 14th Event Report

On Wednesday, August 20th, 2025, we held the Komedori LABO workshop "Making Tomato Koji"!

This is the 14th time the event has been held.

Four people participated this time, and we all had a great time talking about the koji seasonings they made at home.


Kome Dreaming holds workshops where you can take home the koji seasoning you make, but this time the tomato koji was a bit different from usual.


In the workshop, rice koji, tomatoes, and soy sauce are mixed together, and the fermentation itself is done at a constant temperature in each household's rice cooker or yogurt maker.


As you mix it, the delicious aroma that whets your appetite fills the air, making you more excited.


The very next day, one of the participants showed us a photo of the finished product.


We are planning a networking event exclusively for LABO members in September!

LABO members are a community that anyone can join by collecting points at stores.
